Bravix Pte Ltd (‘Bravix’, ‘we’) respects and protects personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This notice explains what personal data this website collects and how it is used.
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. The submission is processed through our email service (Resend) and stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Unless your enquiry becomes business correspondence with an engagement, enquiry data is deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Analytics loads only after you accept through the consent banner; before you accept, no analytics requests are sent. Analytics data is pseudonymised and is not used to identify you personally.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it only to send you our weekly Singapore CISO newsletter. Issues are sent through our email service provider, EmailOctopus. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link, and you can stop receiving the newsletter at any time using that link or by contacting us. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe; subscriber email addresses are also removed when our newsletter account with EmailOctopus is closed.
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only by the service providers that operate this website and newsletter (hosting: Amazon Web Services; contact-form email: Resend; newsletter: EmailOctopus; analytics: Google). Some providers process data outside Singapore; we ensure a comparable standard of protection through their contractual commitments, as the PDPA requires.
You may ask us whether we hold your personal data, request access to it, request correction of it, or withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, or to ask a question or raise a concern, contact our Data Protection Officer:

We respond to such requests as soon as practicable, and within 30 days.
Suspected data breaches are handled under our data breach response procedures. Where the PDPA requires it, we notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals.
