1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bravix Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202558023G), operating as Bravix Infosecurity ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Services

Bravix Infosecurity provides cybersecurity consulting services including but not limited to:

• AI Penetration Testing
• Web Application Penetration Testing
• Network Security Assessments
• API Security Testing
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Services
• Security Architecture Reviews

Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the engagement
• Obtain proper authorization before we test any systems or networks
• Ensure you have legal authority to authorize security testing
• Provide timely access to systems, documentation, and personnel as required
• Notify us of any changes to scope or requirements
• Maintain backups of all data and systems before testing begins

4. Authorization and Scope

Critical: All security testing requires explicit written authorization. We will only test systems and applications explicitly listed in the agreed scope. Testing outside the authorized scope is strictly prohibited.

You warrant that:

• You own or have authorization to test the target systems
• You have obtained necessary consents from third parties
• The testing will not violate any laws or third-party rights

5. Service Limitations

Our security assessments represent a point-in-time evaluation based on the scope and methodology agreed upon. We do not guarantee:

• That all vulnerabilities will be discovered
• That systems will remain secure after the assessment
• That our services will prevent all security incidents

Security is an ongoing process, and regular assessments are recommended.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Materials

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bravix Infosecurity and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use assessment reports and deliverables for internal business purposes. Reports remain our confidential property and may not be redistributed without permission.

6.3 Client Data

All client data, findings, and test results remain the property of the client and will be treated as confidential.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose assessment findings, vulnerabilities, or client data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

We are prepared to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.

8. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Deliverables may be withheld until payment is received
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bravix Infosecurity, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use of our services
• Claims that testing violated third-party rights
• Your failure to obtain proper authorizations

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• You must cease using our materials
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
